Admission & Discharge

In this lesson, we are going to discuss nursing responsibilities regarding admission to and discharge from a healthcare facility.  We will summarize necessary assessments including physical, emotional, and psychosocial. Important client education topics will also be discussed including how to assess if client education has been successful or if it requires reinforcement.
