In this course, we will discuss Asthma, including risk factors, common triggers, and the importance of an asthma management plan. Then we will explore assessments, diagnostics, and the priority nursing interventions

1. Describe Asthma and 2-3 risk factors. Describe why an asthma attack can be a life-threatening emergency and describe 2-3 signs of an emergent asthma attack
2. Describe 2-3 common triggers, 2 methods of assessing asthma, 2 treatments that are commonly part of asthma management plans, and 2-3 priority nursing interventions
