BAER – Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response

In this lesson, we will discuss the function of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response, or BAER, testing in terms of assessing neurological function and detecting disease.  We will briefly review the BAER testing method and identify nursing interventions for before and after the procedure.
