Basic Pharmacology Concepts

In this lesson, we are going to review basic pharmacological concepts that are important to learn before moving forward with more complex lessons.  We will review how medications and drugs are processed in and eliminated from the body and identify some factors that can affect absorption rates.  Finally, we will review important considerations regarding medications for clients that are pregnant to avoid complications.
