Celiac Disease

In this lesson, we will discuss what celiac disease is and take a look at what can cause it.   We will go over signs and symptoms that nurses will assess for and diagnostics used to confirm the disorder.  Will will then break down interventions used for treatment including long term dietary management of symptoms.
