Fluoroscopy

In this lesson, we will define fluoroscopy and determine how it is used to assess and diagnose disorders of the gastrointestinal system.  We will review nursing interventions for before and after the procedure along with potential complications that nurses will monitor for. Finally, we will go over some priority nursing assessments and interventions after the procedure to prevent complications.
