Gastroenteritis

In this lesson, we will define gastroenteritis and take a look at some causes and risk factors for developing it.   We will discuss common signs and symptoms of the inflammatory disorder along with treatment methods, including medications and dietary changes.  Finally, we will address nursing interventions and important client education topics to support the management and prevention of symptoms.
