Influenza

In this course, we will start with what Influenza is and what causes it. Then we will explore possible complications, common treatments, assessments, and the priority nursing interventions.

At the end of this lesson, the learner will be able to:

1. Describe Influenza and the primary symptoms. Identify 2-3 possible complications. Describe immunity and the role of breastfeeding and vaccines in preventing Influenza. 
2. Describe 1-2 methods of assessment, 2-3 common treatments, and 2-3 priority nursing interventions.
