Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography (MRCP)

In this lesson, we will define what an MRCP is and how it is used to assess and diagnose disorders of the organs within the gastrointestinal system.  We will review nursing interventions for before and after the procedure along with potential complications that nurses will monitor for. Finally, we will go over some priority nursing assessments and interventions after the procedure nurses need to be familiar with.
