Measles

In this lesson, we will go over what the measles is and what causes it. We will review causes and risk factors for developing this infection along with signs and symptoms and potential complications.  We will compare and contrast symptoms of measles with those of chickenpox to aid in differentiating the two presentations. Prevention of infection and transmission will be discussed along with treatment methods for active cases of measles.  Lastly we will go over interventions and important client education topics to help treat and prevent measles including medications and
