In this lesson, we will identify what a magnetic resonance angiogram, or MRA, is and some of the neurological disorders it can aid in diagnosing.   We will also look at the difference between an MRA and the perhaps more commonly known MRI. We will also look at nursing interventions for before and after a MRA to help promote safety and prevent complications.
