In this lesson, we will evaluate the components of a neurological assessment.   We will also review the Glasgow Coma Scale and discuss its use in monitoring neurological function.  Nurses will be responsible for performing neurological assessments on a regular basis, so it is important to familiarize yourself with these components and how to respond to and document findings.
