Nursing Care Plan

Nursing care plans are the foundation of how we apply knowledge into practice.  In this lesson, we are going to go over all the parts of the nursing care plan and how it is used to plan, organize, and perform safe, quality care to clients.  This is a standardized process across the board for nurses, so this is a very important concept to understand along with the nursing process
