Nursing Process

What is the nursing process?  In this lesson, we are going to review all the parts of the nursing process and how it is used everyday by nurses to plan, organize, and perform safe, quality care to clients.  This is a standardized process across the board for nurses, so this is a very important concept to understand.

7. Assess how to determine if client outcome goals have been met
