Physiological Changes of Pregnancy Part B

In this lesson we will cover physiological changes that occur during pregnancy within the reproductive, cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, neuro-muscular, renal, endocrine, and integumentary systems. We will discuss common physiological changes that occur during pregnancy, what to look for, and some related nursing interventions.

2. Identify 2-4 Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Renal, and Neuromuscular assessments important during pregnancy.
3. Describe 2-4 Gastrointestinal and Integumentary symptoms common during pregnancy.
