Preterm Newborn

In this lesson, we will discuss Preterm Newborn, the causes and risk factors for preterm birth, and how this issue affects the newborn. We will cover signs and symptoms and assessments and the priority nursing interventions based on level of prematurity.

2. Identify 2-3 common risk factors of preterm birth
3. Describe  2-4 common signs and symptoms of the Preterm Newborn, and 2-3 priority nursing interventions
