Prinzmetal’s Angina (Variant)

In this lesson, we will look at variant, or Prinzmetal’s, angina and review some causes and risk factors for developing the disorder.  We will also discuss how signs and symptoms of this type of angina differ from other types. We will then determine nursing interventions and important client teaching topics aimed at managing symptoms and preventing complications.
