Psoriasis

In this lesson on psoriasis, we will explore what psoriasis is, what causes it, and risk factors for developing this skin disorder.  We will talk about signs and symptoms and then explore several treatment methods and medications used to treat psoriasis. Lastly, we will go over important nursing interventions regarding skin care and medications along with important client education topics to help manage symptoms of this chronic skin condition.
