Renal Biopsy

In this lesson, we will review the reasons for performing a renal biopsy.  We will go over priority nursing assessments prior to and after a renal biopsy to prevent complications.  Finally, we will go over nursing interventions for before, during, and after a renal biopsy to promote safety and infection control.
