Right-sided Heart Failure

In this lesson, we will discuss the physiology behind right-sided heart failure and review common causes and risk factors for developing this type of heart disorder.  We will talk about signs and symptoms of right-sided heart failure and diagnostics used to confirm the disorder. Potential complications of the disorder will be assessed and then we will determine important nursing interventions and client education topics to help manage symptoms of this chronic disorder.
