SBAR

In this lesson, we are going to discuss SBAR which is a communication tool nurses can use to ensure client safety and clear communication between healthcare providers.  This is a tool that will commonly be used when calling to notify a healthcare provider about a client’s change in condition. Additionally, nursing documentation guidelines will be addressed to ensure legal, accurate documentation.
