Suicide

In this lesson, we will review what suicide is along with some causes and risk factors for considering or committing suicide.  We will thoroughly review signs and symptoms of suicidal thoughts and behaviors along with priority nursing assessments and interventions regarding safety when working with clients who are suspected of considering or thinking about suicide.
