Tonsillitis

In this course, we will discuss Tonsillitis, including risk factors, and common signs and symptoms. Then we will explore assessments, diagnostics, and the priority nursing interventions.

At the end of this lesson, the learner will be able to:

1. Describe the role of the tonsils in the body’s immune system, Tonsillitis and 1-2 causes of the illness.
2. Describe 2-3 signs and symptoms, 2 treatments, 1-2 possible complications,  and 2-3 priority nursing interventions.
