Uterine Cancer

In this lesson, we will first review the female reproductive system and then identify some causes and risks for developing uterine cancer.  We will identify signs and symptoms of uterine cancer along with testing and screening used to confirm the diagnosis.  We will address both surgical and non-surgical treatment options including nursing interventions for each.  Finally, we will go over some important client education to help manage symptoms and prevent complications of treatments.
