Vital Signs

This is one of the most important lessons to review and understand.  Vital signs guide most medical interventions, treatments, and diagnoses.  The only way to master vital signs is to practice, practice, practice. This lesson will give you the basis of information needed to assess vital signs and will outline abnormal vital signs that nurses screen for.
